Brownies contain chocolate (soy lecithin), wheat flour, eggs and artificial vanilla flavour.

Cookies contain chocolate, dairy, wheat flour, eggs and artificial vanilla flavour.

Cakes contain dairy, wheat flour, eggs and artificial flavouring.

All products made by Kates Bakes are baked, decorated and packaged in a household kitchen where the use of gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and other non-allergen friendly products are used.

While Kate strives to have a constantly clean and sanitised work area and the use of all equipment is thoroughly washed and stored correctly, the risk of cross contamination is still a possibility and can not be 100% avoided.

If you or someone you live with is coeliac or suffers from severe food allergies I strongly suggest you seek a baked good elsewhere❤️

Keep all baked goods in an air tight container.

Cakes will stay fresh and moist at room temp for up to 3 days if kept in an air tight container.

Cakes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 7 days if kept in an air tight container

(sit at room temp for 30 mins before eating)

Cookies and brownies can stay at room temp for up to 5 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

*Frozen cakes can become dry if not sealed properly. Frozen buttercream may have a slightly grainy texture when defrosted.
